Background
Ms. Hotsinpiller graduated from Fairmont State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Directly following the completion of her education, she entered the workforce at Mylan Pharmaceuticals in Morgantown, West Virginia, where she worked for a decade. During her time at Mylan, she worked in the HPLC Lab, Change Control, and Global Change Control. Some of her duties while at Mylan included: data entry, report writing and reviewing, system analysis, system improvements, customer training, and client care. In 2018, she decided to transition her career path to start her own virtual consulting business. This led her down a path of fast-paced growth and development in a new area of business. In 2022, Ms. Hotsinpiller was referred to Willow Legal Advisors to support Ms. Sarah Moore with business development and client care. She proudly joined the Willow Team at that time. She considers it a great honor to assist and support the legal team of Willow Legal Advisors with the growth of their business and the care of their clients.
